Once you complete your purchase, you can expect to receive your order in 2-4 weeks. If you do not receive your order after a significant amount of time, please contact us through the following CONTACT US link or the phone number at the top of every page. We are happy to make you happy however we can but we have a no-refund policy. If your order is defective or broken please let us know and we will determine if you need to return anything or if we can just send out a replacement without a return.
